��ٸ��Ƶר�� is seeking an Automation Technician to provide day-to-day administrative support for control systems across multiple sites. This role involves routine system management tasks, user account administration, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Additionally, you will provide on-call support outside of normal working hours to ensure smooth production operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling system access.
Conduct periodic user reviews, compile reports, and manage workflows for access modifications.
Oversee offboarding processes and role change account updates.
Schedule and perform basic preventive maintenance (PM) activities for automation systems.
Support data collection and draft reports for periodic system reviews.
Provide batch reports and trends to support production needs.
Respond to on-call support requests, completing routine actions remotely or on-site as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

High school education required; a technical degree is preferred.
Experience in a similar role, particularly in automation or IT support.
Familiarity with GxP or other highly regulated environments is desirable.
Understanding of modern IT systems and industrial control systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform routine tasks consistently with minimal supervision.
