ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾ÂÒ×ÓÂ×ÎÞÂëÊÓƵרÇø is seeking a proactive and strategic Data Integrity Quality Lead to join a dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring compliant data management across GxP processes, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and SaaS to support global growth and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and maintenance of data integrity strategies.
• Develop and deliver training on data integrity for GxP personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data integrity risks.
• Provide support during regulatory inspections related to digital and data integrity topics.
• Drive continuous improvement in data governance and risk management processes.
• Act as a consultant on data integrity practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Corporate Process Owner for GxP Data Integrity.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in GxP Data Integrity and Computer System Quality regulations.
• Strong knowledge of global data integrity regulatory requirements, including computerized system compliance and hybrid models.
• Experience managing GxP inspections and addressing compliance issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as SaaS and AI/ML, and their regulatory implications.
• Fluency in English, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
