�����ٸ�������������Ƶר�� is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless operations and enabling organizational growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, security, and business processes. Flexibility to work during US time zones is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders in that region.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Level 2 support for Salesforce, addressing incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Manage the lifecycle of problems, prevent incidents, and minimize their impact.
• Resolve common system errors, performance issues, and data-related problems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales processes.
• Define, estimate, and implement technical solutions using best practices.
• Customize Salesforce using tools like Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, APEX triggers, and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce integration tools such as APIs and middleware.
• Conduct analysis and recommend technology improvements and upgrades.
• Monitor error logs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
• Maintain and configure development and test instances for internal sandboxes.
• Document implementations, integration configurations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Manufacturing Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data modeling.
• Required Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I (Developer II preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, business-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural environment.
