��ٸ��Ƶר�� is seeking a Site Manager to oversee and optimize clinical research operations at a site in Midlothian, VA. This role focuses on operational planning, staff management, and ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to make strategic decisions, manage clinic operations, and support staff development to maintain high performance and compliance with industry standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong understanding of clinical research expectations and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Experience in operational planning and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

The Site Manager's responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and leadership to review awarded studies and assess feasibility.
Assist in decision-making regarding staffing needs for effective study execution.
Ensure the site has adequate space, staff, and resources to optimize participant recruitment and retention.
Oversee clinic operations and work closely with leadership on staff management.
Lead and mentor staff to achieve continued growth and excellent performance.
Recruit and hire qualified candidates for site positions.
Ensure all site staff are properly trained and qualified for their roles and responsibilities.
